RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. - **Process:** - Contact REDESETGo Support via the website or app to initiate a return or exchange. - Provide order details and reason for return/exchange. - Once approved, ship the item to the address provided by REDESETGo.
