1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using REDESETGo (“the Platform”), you (“Freelancer” or “Employer”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. 2. Platform Overview REDESETGo is an online marketplace connecting Employers with Freelancers specializing in audio-visual, hospitality, event production, creative services, and private transportation. Additional services include AI Development, Social Media Marketing, Video Art, and Sonic Branding. 3. User Accounts - Users must be at least 18 years old. - Accurate information must be provided during registration and kept up to date. - Account credentials are confidential and users are responsible for all activities under their account. 4. Services & Transactions - Freelancers may post gigs and packages; Employers may hire Freelancers for listed services. - Minimum project values may apply (e.g., $1,000 for Luxury Lounge & Lighting, $25,000 for complete event solutions). - Employers and Freelancers contract directly; REDESETGo is not a party to service agreements. 5. Payments & Fees - Payments are processed securely via Stripe and other supported methods. - Exclusive Membership Package fees range from $299.99 (Basic) to $999.99 (Elite Career Booster, up to one year). - Employers pay Freelancers directly; REDESETGo may charge platform or service fees (details provided at checkout). - A 14-day risk-free trial and money-back guarantee are offered on select packages. 6. Freelancer & Employer Responsibilities - Freelancers must deliver services professionally and as described. - Employers must provide accurate project details and timely payment. - Both parties agree to communicate respectfully and resolve disputes in good faith. 7. Intellectual Property - Content, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are owned by REDESETGo or its licensors. - Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. 8. Limitation of Liability - The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” - REDESETGo is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or services provided by Freelancers or Employers. 9. Dispute Resolution - Users should attempt to resolve disputes directly. - REDESETGo may assist with dispute mediation but is not responsible for the outcome. 10. Termination - REDESETGo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. - Users may terminate their account at any time. 11.
