For AV Professionals (Freelancers): If you are an experienced and dedicated AV technician, engineer, or specialist, Redesetgo is for you. We welcome freelance professionals across all AV disciplines. For Clients (Employers): If your organization needs reliable, on-demand, and highly skilled AV crew, Redesetgo is your solution. Our clients include corporate meeting planners, event production companies, hotels and venues, and more.

How and when do I get paid?We understand that timely and reliable payment is critical. Redesetgo facilitates all payments securely through the platform. After you have successfully completed a project, the client will approve the work and release the funds. Our system then processes the payment for direct deposit into your designated bank account. Specific payment schedules are outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

How do I find and apply for jobs (gigs)?Once your profile is approved, you will gain access to our jobs dashboard where you can browse and filter open projects. When you find a project that matches your skills and availability, you can submit your profile for the client's consideration directly through the platform. You will receive notifications about your application status.

How do I register as a freelancer?Getting started on Redesetgo is simple. We highly recommend linking your LinkedIn account for registration to optimize your profile and unlock the full features of the platform. You can also expedite the process by using your existing Google or Facebook account.

Are there any fees for freelancers?No. Redesetgo is a freelancer-first platform. It is completely free for freelancers to join, create a profile, and find work. We do not deduct any fees or commissions from your earnings. You keep 100% of the rate you agree upon with the client. Our platform is supported by a commission paid by the hiring company.

What are the costs for hiring talent?You determine the pay rate for the freelance role based on your project budget and market rates. On top of the freelancer's project rate, Redesetgo adds a commission to support our platform operations. The total cost, including the freelancer's pay and our commission, is clearly broken down for you before you finalize the booking. There are no hidden fees.

How do I hire an AV professional?Hiring elite AV talent on Redesetgo is a straightforward, three-step process: Register: Create your free employer account. We recommend linking your company's LinkedIn account. Post Your Project: Create a detailed job posting specifying dates, location, roles, and skills required. Select Your Talent: Review profiles of qualified applicants and book them directly through the platform.
